The building of new developments can be an uncertain time for local residents and being a family business, we understand the value of community engagement.
We have an excellent reputation for community engagement. By acknowledging and reflecting the views of local people, we can encourage greater integration with existing towns and villages that surround our sites. Consultation with the local community is integral to the way we work, from the promotion of our sites through the planning application process and over the course of construction on site. Wherever new development is proposed, it is only natural for there to be concerns and objections. Working closely with the Parish Council, we successfully secured the identification of the site for development within their Neighbourhood Plan and subsequently obtained Planning Permission under delegated powers.
