Immediate Land

Our experienced Immediate Land team are always looking for new development opportunities either with or without Planning Permission which can be developed over the next two to three years.

We work alongside Landowners and Land Agents to identify potential development sites in aspirational locations which complement our brand. These sites could be identified in a Planning Policy document or could have existing Planning Permission for development. Whatever the background to the site, we will work closely with the Landowner from day one, drawing on our wealth of experience to maximise land value.

Immediate Land Requirements

  • Sites suitable for 15-100 homes
  • Land values from £1m to £5m
  • Aspirational locations to suit our brand
  • Off market sites, limited tenders or sites not openly marketed
  • A preference for houses, however we will look at apartment schemes in good locations
  • Options or Conditional Contracts, with or without Planning Permission
  • Joint venture arrangements
  • Brownfield or Greenfield land with potential for residential or mixed use
