ALICE CAMERON – LAND TEAM GRADUATE

What is your background?

I joined MGH Land Team back in June of this year, after recently completing my undergraduate degree at Nottingham Trent University in Property Development and Planning BSc (Hons). This course helped me develop detailed specialist knowledge and skills, in areas such as spatial and urban design, site appraisal, sustainability, Property & Development consultancy, and management of the development process.

What are your responsibilities?

I’m working alongside the Land Team at Martin Grant Homes.  My main responsibilities include:

• Working with consultants to get sites allocated within the local plan and through the application stage
• Continued promotion of our strategic land
• Keeping up to date with local plans by attending examinations and reviewing the latest planning policy.
• Managing existing and incoming sites strategic sites.
