Requirements
- Ideally, off market sites, limited tenders or those that are not openly marketed.
- ‘Best location in town’, where our product, specification and brand can add value.
- Sites that will deliver between 9 – 100 units.
- A preference for houses.
- Apartment schemes in good, well connected locations will also be considered.
