At Martin Grant Homes, we are signed up to the ‘Building Mental Health’ Charter.
We are proud that we have a dedicated Mental Health Team who provide confidential advice, guidance and support to all our members of staff.
During this difficult time, they have been undertaking telephone welfare support calls for our staff in isolation or on furlough and sharing weekly updates on well-being, with online e-learning and webinars.
