Hampton Green, Northampton

Last year we submitted an outline planning application for 525 homes at Hampton Green in Northampton. The location of the site means it is being assessed by Northampton Borough Council and South Northamptonshire Council. Having worked collaboratively with the two local planning authorities to resolve some outstanding issues, we are looking to agree a new date for the planning application to be considered.

This work follows a successful public consultation featuring two exhibitions in early 2017.
