WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?
We are pleased to report that our site at Gosden Hill has been identified in the Guildford Local Plan, which was adopted in April 2019. Gosden Hill lies to the north east of the town and has an allocation for up to 1,800 homes, a primary school and secondary school, local shops and a railway station.
We are now in the process of undertaking further technical work and preparing for our submission of a planning application.
Local Plan Examinations:
Since our last newsletter, it has been a busy time for us and our consultant teams who have appeared at Local Plan Examinations for Milton Keynes, Guildford, Central Bedfordshire, Uttlesford, Epping Forest, Harlow and Wealden to promote a number of our large strategic sites.
