Coombelands, Addlestone

We have recently secured full planning permission for the Coombelands site in Addlestone, Runnymede.  The application is for 40 homes and follows the previous granting of outline permission after a local consultation back in 2015.  The application will include work to upgrade an unadopted access road to the site, which lies on the edge of the town.  We’re excited to start work at the site later this year.
