WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?
We are set to launch our brand new development, The Pines, in January 2019, a collection of just 20 homes in Birdham, West Sussex. Enjoying a stunning village location just off the south coast, our development will comprise 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes including detached bungalows.
Surrounded by mature monterey pine and oak trees, the development benefits from an excellent location with the South Downs National Park to the north, only 20 minutes away, as well as Chichester harbour and West Wittering beach just a stone’s throw to the south. Chichester city centre is just 5 miles away.
A variety of new homes will be on offer with varying designs and layouts, there will be both semi-detached and detached homes available as well as a limited number of detached bungalows. Each home will come with its own private garden and garage or dedicated parking space.
Birdham is home to a small selection of retailers, pubs and cafes, some of which are located at the focal point of the village, Birdham Pool. Along with Chichester Yacht Basin, Birdham Pool marina is home to hundreds of yachts and boats where villagers can enjoy pleasant walks along the canal and outstanding scenery. Traditional village elements include a parish church, sports clubs, a convenience store and primary school.
In Chichester, a vast collection of restaurants, cafes, bars and retailers can be found throughout the city centre, best known for its historic 12th century Cathedral. An equally comprehensive cultural offering includes the Chichester Festival Theatre and Pallant House Gallery, home to an impressive collection of coveted 20th century British art, whilst The Goodwood Estate and Cass Sculpture park are other popular choices for residents and tourists alike.
