We came up with our You Speak We Listen project, visiting our customers and asking them what they love most about their new home and what they thought could have been done differently. What we learned was often reassuring, always constructive and sometimes even a little surprising!
We heard that our customers love the bright and spacious rooms, the clever in-built storage and the little extras we provide which make all the difference (specifically people mentioned the outdoor taps, washing lines and cycle shed). We also received positive feedback on the quality of our internal doors, the lovely warm paint colours (such a welcome change from plain white!), the mirrored built-in wardrobes and even the large under-stairs cupboard areas.
However, we also wanted to know what areas our customers thought we could improve on. Having fed back all of their comments into our design team we’re delighted to have adopted a number of new features into our homes as we strive to deliver the ‘exemplary new homes experience’. We’ve made significant changes to the designs of our homes, including smart technology, better storage solutions, upgraded appliances, cleverly planned technology and improved green open spaces.
It’s been an amazing experience for all of us. The views, suggestions and opinions we receive will continue to shape us as a company, so that we can deliver a better home to you.
