Meeting demand
We identify and secure sites to satisfy housing demand in the
future, and are always looking for suitable sites for development -
and welcome suggestions.
Large new housing sites are required to be sustainable in their
new environment and can often add much-needed additional services
to the adjoining areas that have already been developed. We have
the ability to develop sites of all sizes, whether green land or
brownfield sites. Our present building programme includes small
sites of two homes to larger sites of 89 houses - and land for many
thousands of new homes in over forty locations.
