Southeast housebuilder, Martin Grant Homes has launched a boutique development of four detached homes in the village of Cookham, Berkshire. The collection of homes adds to Martin Grant Homes’ legacy in the village, where the housebuilder has previously built Lautree Gardens, a development of nine homes.
Located two miles from the town of Maidenhead, Cookham is one of the southeast’s most affluent villages (voted second most wealthy village in the UK by the Daily Telegraph in 2011), proving consistently popular with London professionals who appreciate the easy commute combined with rural location.
