What we do
The experts in our land team are constantly looking for new development opportunities either with or without planning permission which can be developed over the next two to three years.
Our experienced Immediate Land team work alongside both landowners and land agents to identify potential development sites in aspirational locations which complement our product and specification.
The sites could be designated in a local plan or could have existing permission for development. Whatever the background to the site, we'll work closely with the landowner from day one, drawing on our wealth of experience to ensure the site reaches its full potential.
Immediate Land Requirements
If you own land with development potential in London, the Home Counties or Guernsey, we would be delighted to discuss the ways in which the value of your land could be realised.
Of particular interest to us are:
- Sites for up to 50 homes or for smaller exclusive developments of at least four homes
- Land values from £1m to £5m
- Aspirational locations where our brand and specification can add value
- Ideally, off market sites, limited tenders or those that are not openly marketed
- A preference for houses, however we will look at apartment schemes in good locations with excellent travel links
- Options or conditional contracts, with or without planning permission
- We have a number of joint venture partners and would welcome further strong relationships with new partners
- Brownfield or greenfield land which has potential for residential or mixed use development
